New Customer Support Area
Our new Customer Support area offers an integrated knowledge base with categorized articles,
allowing you to quickly find Frequently Asked Questions, How-To's, and Documents, with
self service. You can also search the entire site.
You can use the Support Center to submit a Support Ticket via our web interface, or use our
anti-spam features (defined in your Election Agreement) to integrate directly with Microsoft® Outlook® and send regular email, including attachments, to us. You
can also ask us to send you a secure email ZSentry™, which you can use as a return ticket to send us a secure reply, protected by message encryption, with no cost or installation.
The entire Support area has been designed to improve your productivity. With our quick-response
interface, the information is shown to you while the Support functions remain clearly in sight.
